Since completing college at Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA, and graduate school in
counseling psychology at Loyola University Maryland, I’ve assisted individuals with
mental health concerns at several counseling programs in Baltimore, MD, San Antonio,
TX, and back home in Buffalo. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in
New York.
With over 15 years of experience, my counseling settings have included the Sisters
Hospital STAR program, Buffalo Centre for the Treatment of Eating Disorders, The
Renfrew Center, and Narins Eating Disorder Center.
When working with individuals, I use a flexible and eclectic approach to counseling
based on one’s needs and goals. In addition, I provide a friendly, welcoming, and
collaborative environment in order to most effectively address both your short-
term and long-term concerns and improve your quality of life.
